There are actually orientation tutorials you can access by clicking on "My Profile," at the top of the screen. When you click on "My Profile," yo shouls ee something like "Orientation ##% complete." If you click on this, I think it'll take you to the orientation tutorials. I completed mine so long ago, I don't remember how to access them.
