A "Retro" MOC, either a 1950's diorama or a "Retro-future" scene like the "Jetsons."
Build a LEGO race-track with a bunch of different racers and pit crew and stuff.
Recreate a famous photograph or poster with LEGO
Make a human sized lego sculpture!
Build a model which showcases 1 or more interesting lego building techniques eg greebling or SNOT.
Make a simple lego set complete with instructions which could be sold in the shops.
