The upper level is easily accessed and offers privacy as well as a view. There are hookups for a TV and/or PC in the upper room, which offers another great view of the surrounding water. The window next to the bed is embedded with polarizing microbeads, which can tint the window to opaqueness to block out the sunlight.

I really like the way that you have managed to fit everything into a small space. It reminds me of apartments in Tokyo which are very small but cleverly designed. Does the whole building sit under water or is it just the garage level?
