If you know what Force Thrust Vectoring is...that was the inspiration for this vehicle. I started with one engine that had a vectoring flap. Then...I added a ship to it. It only became a space police cruiser after it was completed. The colors reminded me of the second incarnation of the Space Police...there's more green in mine...but what the hay? The whole "cab-forward" idea was a design template for this ship as well. I usually set the cockpit back, at least 4 studs or so, from the front. With this one, I brought the window glass all the way to the prominence of the ship. I was happy with the result. The only draw-back is that the compartment in the aft of the fuselage lends to a slight fragility of the vessle as a whole.
