A (2nd) warning about using the washing machine!

I tried putting some bricks in a mesh bag and washing them on gentle. Luckily, I didn't have any escape from the bag, but even on the gentle cycle, the blocks were very scratched afterwards.. so much that they look really dull and faded next to other bricks of the same color.
